The short version: this site is here to tell you about JPE. Estimates are free and non-binding, our actual services are covered by a separate written agreement, and our name, logo, and content belong to us.
Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of jpetechsolutions.com (the "Site"), operated by JPE Small Business Technology Solutions LLC ("JPE," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
About the Site and our services
The Site provides general information about JPE and the services we offer. Information on the Site is not a binding offer. Free estimates are non-binding until we both sign a written service agreement.
Any services we provide are governed by that separate service agreement. If anything in these terms conflicts with a signed service agreement, the service agreement controls.
Using the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or someone else's information through our forms
- Send spam, malicious code, or automated submissions
- Try to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
- Copy or scrape the Site's content for commercial use without our permission
Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including the JPE Technology Solutions name and logo, text, graphics, and design, are owned by JPE or used with permission and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to the Site for personal or business reference, but you may not reuse our content, name, or logo without written permission.
Client names, websites, and trademarks shown in our portfolio belong to their respective owners and are shown to describe work we have done.
Testimonials
Testimonials on the Site reflect the individual experiences of real clients. Results vary, and testimonials are not a guarantee of any particular outcome.
Subscription plans
If you sign up for a JPE subscription plan through a checkout link we provide:
- Billing. Your first payment is charged when you sign up, and your plan renews automatically each month on the same day until it is cancelled.
- Minimum term. Plans have a minimum commitment of 12 months unless your proposal or service agreement says otherwise. After the minimum term, your plan continues month to month.
- Cancelling. After the minimum term, you can cancel at any time by emailing info@jpetechsolutions.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month.
- Payments. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. If a payment fails, Stripe may retry it, and we may pause services until the account is up to date.
- Plan changes. You can upgrade your plan at any time. Price changes for an existing plan will be communicated in advance.
If you have a signed service agreement with us, it controls where it differs from this section.
Information you submit
When you submit an estimate request or contact us, you confirm the information is accurate and that you're authorized to share it. How we handle that information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Third-party links
The Site links to websites we don't control, such as client sites and social media. We aren't responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
Disclaimer
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee that the Site will always be available, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JPE will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site. This section applies to your use of the Site only; liability for services we provide is governed by your service agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
SMS Terms
JPE Technology Solutions (JPE Small Business Technology Solutions LLC) offers optional text messages (SMS) to customers and people who request an estimate. By checking an SMS consent box on our website, you agree to receive text messages from JPE Technology Solutions at the mobile number you provided.
- Customer care messages: replies to your requests, appointment reminders, project and service updates, and account or billing notices. Message frequency varies based on your requests and services.
- Marketing messages: occasional promotions and service news, sent only if you separately opted in to marketing texts. Up to 4 messages per month.
- Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
- Opting out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message, and then no further texts unless you opt in again.
- Help: reply HELP for help, or contact us at james@jpetechsolutions.com or call or text (562) 573-8324.
- Not required: consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
- Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How we handle your mobile number and consent is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
