Privacy Policy
Effective October 26, 2026 · Updated October 30, 2026 to add text message (SMS) practices
The short version: we only collect what you send us through our estimate form or by contacting us, we use it to respond and provide our services, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, and we never sell your information.
Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how JPE Small Business Technology Solutions LLC ("JPE Technology Solutions," "JPE," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information through jpetechsolutions.com (the "Site"). If you have questions, email us at info@jpetechsolutions.com.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request a free estimate or contact us, we collect what you choose to provide, which may include:
- Your name and business or organization name
- Your email address and phone number
- The services you're interested in
- Anything you write in your message
If you sign up for a subscription plan, Stripe collects your payment details on our behalf, along with your name, email, phone number, business name, and billing address. We receive those contact and billing details, but never your full card number.
If you email, call, or text us directly, we receive the information included in that communication.
Text message consent. If you give us your mobile number and check a box to receive text messages, we keep your number and a record of your consent, including what you agreed to and when.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you request, and the date and time of your visit. This information is used to deliver the Site, keep it secure, and prevent abuse.
Cookies and tracking
Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the Site, such as which pages are viewed, how visitors arrived (for example, from a search engine or a social media link), the general location and type of device, and whether the estimate form was submitted. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect this information, and Google may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites. We do not send Google the contents of the estimate form, such as your name, email, phone number, or message.
You can learn how Google uses this information at How Google uses information from sites that use its services, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the Site will still work.
We do not currently use advertising cookies or pixels. If we add advertising or remarketing tools, we will update this policy before doing so. Our hosting and security provider may also use strictly necessary technical measures to protect the Site from attacks and abuse.
Do Not Track. Some browsers send "Do Not Track" or similar signals. There is no common standard for these signals, so the Site does not currently respond to them differently. You can use the opt-out options above instead.
How we use information

- To communicate with you about your request, account, or services
- To keep the Site secure and prevent spam and fraud
- To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed for them to do that work:
- Cloudflare, which hosts the Site and protects it from attacks
- Google Analytics, which measures how visitors use the Site
- Web3Forms, which delivers estimate requests from the Site to our inbox
- Stripe, which securely processes subscription payments when you sign up for a plan (we never see or store your full card number)
- Our business email and productivity provider, which stores the messages we receive and send
- Our business phone and text messaging provider, which delivers calls and text messages, only as needed to send messages you agreed to receive
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights, safety, or property of JPE, our clients, or others, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business.
Text messages (SMS)
JPE Technology Solutions (JPE Small Business Technology Solutions LLC) sends text messages only to people who opted in, for example by checking an SMS consent box on our estimate form. We use your mobile number and consent record only to send the types of messages you agreed to: customer care messages about your requests and services, and, if you separately opted in, occasional marketing messages.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except our text messaging provider as needed to deliver the messages.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. See the SMS Terms in our Terms of Service for details.
How long we keep information
We keep estimate requests and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond, provide services, and maintain business records, and then delete or de-identify it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information you've given us by emailing info@jpetechsolutions.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time. We may need to keep some information where the law requires it or to complete an ongoing service.
If you receive marketing emails from us, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email or by replying to ask us to stop. We will only send marketing text messages if you have specifically agreed to receive them.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections to the Site and access controls on our accounts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other websites
The Site links to other websites, including our clients' sites and our social media pages. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll post the updated version on this page and change the effective date above. If we make material changes, we'll also note the change on our homepage.
